Fighting for all Nevadans

Mom. Grandma. Food server. 45 year culinary union leader.

I believe in putting people first and working
every day to ensure Nevada remains a place of opportunity, dignity, and community for everyone. These values have guided my leadership at the Culinary Workers Union Local 226 and, now, I’m taking them to the state legislature to continue serving my union brothers and sisters and the hard working families of Assembly District 17.

Linda’s Wins: Championing solutions through state policy

AB220 authorizes Nevada Department of Health and Human Services to issue temporary identification cards to Nevadans experiencing homelessness to access critical resources and services.
AB417 strengthens enforcement against illegal street racing and stunt driving by requiring vehicle inspections, DMV reporting, and registration cancellation for unsafe or noncompliant vehicles until issues are corrected.
AV361 improves transit safety and increases protections for public transit operators by requiring large counties and Regional Transportation Commissions to install protective infrastructure, safety technology, and public signage.
